I ordered a few phone charms for Christmas, and while the shipment was delayed until afterwards, the seller was very agreeable and sent it out soon as informed of the issue and included a very cute sticker as compensation. Greatly enjoyable experience, and the key charms are adorable. 10/10.

Everything was better than I could’ve ever expected! The charms are all very high-quality and durable. Even if they’re a little bit smaller than expected, that just makes them easier to carry around and hold in your palm when you need a bit of good luck! The packaging they came in was easy to distinguish from other mail, and sealed very tightly with a custom sticker. Additionally, they came inside their own bag within the package. There was absolutely no worry of shipping/handling issues! Even though the HoYo charms are being retired, I have full faith in the Touhou and Umamusume charms to possibly be even higher quality with their custom clips if I ever get those.
